Justin and Amber

Justin and I have been dating since May 2003, so over four years now! We have known each other for about six years though. We officially met at Starlight, our church’s dance. I asked Justin to dance with me during the last song since neither of us had a date. After that, we saw each other at church functions and eventually we started hanging out with each other and friends.

We started dating after being friends for two years. Being friends first gave us a great foundation to start our relationship on. We decided to start dating at Battle Creek Park. Four years later, that is where Justin proposed to me.

We have been through so much together, and have learned so much during these past six years of us being friends. God has been very important to us as we have encountered many different situations in our life together. I know that we are both very excited to learn more about each other and ourselves as we embark on this huge adventure known as marriage.

Just so you know a bit more about us each…

Justin graduated in 2005 from the University of Minnesota with a degree in computer science. He is busy running his own company, JR Computer Associates Inc.

Amber (me!) is in her fourth year of college at Concordia St. Paul. I had three years of schooling at the University of Minnesota, and decided to transfer so that I could experience a Lutheran education.  I will be graduating in December 08 with a degree in History.  What I will do with that, God only knows.
